We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Medical Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be a 12th Pass with a keen interest in providing essential health services within a corporate environment. This role involves supporting employee well-being and ensuring basic medical assistance is readily available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-aid and basic medical care to employees in case of injuries or illness.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized medical room/facility.
- Assist in conducting health check-ups and awareness programs for employees.
- Manage and maintain employee medical records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical assistance when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
