We are seeking a diligent and motivated MEP Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and functionality of our infrastructure and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the work of MEP technicians and subcontractors on construction and maintenance projects.

Ensure all MEP installations comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality workmanship.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any MEP-related challenges.

Manage the procurement and inventory of MEP materials and equipment.

Review and approve MEP drawings and submittals.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and safety records.

Implement and enforce site safety protocols for all MEP operations.
