We are seeking a diligent and motivated Network Service Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic corporate environment within the software product industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure, supporting end-users, and contributing to the overall IT support function.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and resolving hardware/software conflicts.

Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure optimal uptime.

Assist in the implementation of network upgrades and new installations.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Manage user accounts and access control for network resources.
