We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network (Support) Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our network infrastructure, providing critical support to maintain seamless payment processing services. This role demands a strong understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of service delivery in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Provide first and second-level support for network-related incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.

Perform network troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.

Assist in the implementation and configuration of new network hardware and software.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.

Document network configurations, procedures, and support activities.

Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical network issues outside of regular business hours.
