Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network (Support) Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a solid understanding of network infrastructure and support. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our company's computer networks, providing technical support, and resolving network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
- Assist in the implementation of network security policies and procedures.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets related to network issues in a timely manner.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network upgrades and projects.
- Ensure adherence to IT best practices and company policies.
