Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries via email, chat, and other non-voice channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, app functionality, payments, and service disruptions.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to improve user experience and service quality.
