Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Non-Technical Support professional with a strong educational background in MCA to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our medical devices and equipment division. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through non-voice channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support and troubleshoot customer issues related to medical device usage and basic technical functionalities via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or support ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical or product-related issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical support, product specialists) with detailed information.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge for our medical devices and equipment to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in customer issues and contribute to product/service improvements.
Adhere to support SLAs and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and FAQs for non-technical users.
