Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Consultant with 0-1 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Chennai. This role will involve supporting various operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our security services initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of legal frameworks and a keen interest in operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational activities.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Support the onboarding and training of new operational staff.
