We are seeking a motivated and analytical Operations Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a strong understanding of operational strategies within the industrial equipment and machinery sector. You will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall operational performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of current operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize production, supply chain, and service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new operational procedures and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational performance and project outcomes for senior management.
Provide training and guidance to operational staff on new processes and technologies.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
