Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily broadcast operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to broadcasting equipment and systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement and maintain operational workflows.
Assist in the planning and execution of operational changes and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities, performance metrics, and incident reports.
Support the finance and administration aspects of the operations department, leveraging B.Com knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
