Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating outplacement services for employees undergoing organizational transitions.

Provide administrative support for outplacement programs, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.

Help in organizing and conducting workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.

Liaise with external outplacement service providers as needed.

Maintain confidential records and data related to employee transitions.

Support HR team in managing employee queries during transition periods.

Contribute to the development of communication materials for affected employees.
