This role will be instrumental in developing and executing outplacement strategies and materials, supporting individuals transitioning from their roles within our organization or for our corporate clients in the water treatment and waste management industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their design and communication skills to create impactful resources that aid in career transition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing and informative career transition materials, including resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile templates, and informational brochures, tailored to the Water Treatment/Waste Management industry.

Design engaging presentations and workshops on job searching, interview skills, and career development for transitioning employees.

Create digital assets such as infographics, social media content, and email templates to support outplacement initiatives.

Collaborate with HR and management to understand client needs and tailor outplacement services accordingly.

Ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Assist in researching industry trends and job market information relevant to the Water Treatment and Waste Management sectors to inform career guidance.
