Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pain Specialist with 3-4 years of experience and a relevant Diploma to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The Pain Specialist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing pain conditions, providing effective treatment plans, and ensuring patient well-being within our corporate healthcare framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' pain conditions, including medical history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic reports.
* Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
* Administer appropriate pain relief interventions, such as medication management, physical therapy referrals, and interventional procedures (as per scope of practice).
* Educate patients and their families about pain conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and nurses, to ensure integrated patient care.
* Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all patient interactions and outcomes accurately.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pain management techniques and research.
* Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
