We are seeking a motivated Performance Testing Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our educational technology platforms and internal systems, contributing directly to our mission of improving education for millions of children.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute performance test scripts for web applications and backend services.
Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Monitor system performance during load, stress, and endurance tests.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and tools.
Document test plans, test cases, and performance test reports.
