We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Testing Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong B.Sc background and a passion for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our software products under various load conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases for complex software applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze results, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to simulate realistic user load and stress.
- Monitor application performance metrics and system resource utilization during test execution.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and methodologies.
- Maintain and update performance test scripts and environments.
