We are seeking a motivated Power Plant Technician with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an M.A. degree and a strong understanding of power generation principles and operations within a petrochemical environment. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our power plant facilities, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, generators, and auxiliary systems.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on power generation equipment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
