You will be instrumental in shaping legal strategies, managing complex corporate matters, and ensuring compliance across our operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to the design and technology consulting industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Advise on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and compliance with Indian and international laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks and develop mitigation strategies for the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, and finance, to address legal queries and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of evolving legal landscapes, particularly in areas of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies, and advise on their implications for the company.
- Potentially lead and mentor junior legal team members.
