We are seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess an M.A. degree and a strong understanding of financial analysis, market research, and deal execution within the water treatment and waste management sector. This role is crucial in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting in-depth market research and industry analysis for potential investment targets in the water and waste management sectors.
Building and maintaining financial models for valuation, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
Assisting in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews.
Supporting deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution.
Monitoring the performance of portfolio companies and assisting with strategic initiatives.
Preparing investment memos, presentations, and other reports for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
