We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer (Refining) with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is crucial for optimizing and improving refining processes within our real estate development operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong M.Tech background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing refining processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Develop and implement new process designs and modifications to enhance efficiency and output.
Conduct feasibility studies and pilot tests for proposed process changes.
Monitor process performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, and maintenance, to achieve project goals.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
