This role is suitable for individuals who do not require a postgraduate degree but possess a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and a passion for training.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids, tailored to different learning styles.
Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement in existing processes and employee skill sets.
Conduct on-the-job training and provide hands-on guidance to production staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production supervisors and HR to align training initiatives with business objectives.
