Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Des degree who is passionate about shaping the future of our loan products within the hardware and networking sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, define product strategies, and drive the execution of new product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new loan products and features.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to translate user needs and business requirements into product specifications.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize product concepts and user experiences.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve existing loan products.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Assist in defining product metrics and tracking performance against business goals.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
