We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager - Pharma with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of pharmaceutical-related products within our recruitment platform, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the pharmaceutical sector to identify product opportunities and unmet needs.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical recruitment solutions.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive product improvements.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and communicate them to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
