We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to lead and manage complex projects within our packaging and containers division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and research background, coupled with proven project management expertise and a passion for driving innovation in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for new packaging material development and process improvements.
Leverage advanced research methodologies and analytical skills to identify and solve complex technical challenges in packaging.
Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure project success.
Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the project teams.
