We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner/Scheduler with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at ICICI Bank in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of project management principles, with a focus on planning and scheduling within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans for various banking projects.
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies related to scheduling and resource availability.
Track project progress, monitor deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Facilitate project meetings and workshops related to planning and scheduling.
