We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA / QC Executive with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering and maintenance activities adhere to stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements within the aviation industry. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, compliance, and quality assurance principles, particularly as they apply to aviation safety and operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft and upholding the company's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of aircraft maintenance processes and documentation.
Review and interpret aviation regulations, legal requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operational teams to promote a culture of quality and safety.
Stay updated on the latest aviation regulations, legal precedents, and quality management best practices.
Assist in the development and delivery of quality awareness training programs.
