Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Quality Analyst with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and user experience of our advanced security and surveillance products. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, define quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing on new and existing security software and hardware products.
- Analyze user feedback, usability studies, and performance metrics to identify product defects and areas for enhancement.
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and test plans aligned with product development cycles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers (UX/UI), and engineers to ensure that design specifications and user experience requirements are met.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and user journey mapping to assess product usability and intuitiveness.
- Document test cases, test results, and defect reports clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Provide design-centric feedback on product features, workflows, and interfaces from a user perspective.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in quality assurance, user experience design, and security technology.
