Role Summary:
BHEL is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Radio Engineer / Operator with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Lucknow. This role involves the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced radio communication systems critical to our power sector operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of radio frequency principles, signal processing, and communication protocols, coupled with practical experience in a relevant industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor radio communication systems to ensure reliable and efficient transmission and reception.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and testing of radio equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to radio signal propagation, interference, and equipment malfunction.
• Analyze radio spectrum usage and implement strategies to optimize performance and minimize interference.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the installation and commissioning of new radio systems and upgrades.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Conduct research and development to improve radio communication technologies and operational efficiency.
