We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Consultant / Agent with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and possess a strong understanding of the local real estate market. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential properties for our company's expansion and operational needs within the food processing sector. You will be instrumental in supporting our real estate acquisition and leasing processes, ensuring alignment with Nestlé India's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify suitable commercial and industrial properties for lease or purchase in Mangalore.
- Analyze property data, including zoning regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare property reports, valuation assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Liaise with property owners, agents, and legal counsel to negotiate terms and conditions.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing lease agreements and purchase contracts.
- Maintain a database of available properties and track potential opportunities.
- Support the real estate team in site visits, inspections, and due diligence processes.
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with company policies and relevant legal frameworks.
