We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reefer Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems and their application in a retail environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our cold chain infrastructure, directly impacting product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the performance of refrigeration units (reefers) across our retail outlets and distribution centers in Nagpur.

Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on all refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning refrigeration systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to integrate and manage temperature monitoring systems and data logging.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to refrigeration systems.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment.
