Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and operational staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure efficient operational execution, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region.
