We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Scientist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic R&D team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in scientific principles and a Diploma in a relevant field. This role involves contributing to the development and innovation of new beauty and personal care products, from ideation to formulation and testing. You will work closely with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and test new cosmetic formulations.
- Assist in the research and development of innovative ingredients and product concepts.
- Perform stability testing, efficacy testing, and safety assessments of new and existing products.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory notebooks.
- Collaborate with formulation chemists, product development specialists, and regulatory affairs teams.
- Source and evaluate raw materials for product development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive landscape in the beauty and personal care sector.
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
