Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Management Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of revenue management principles within the insurance sector. You will be instrumental in analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and recommending strategies to optimize revenue performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical revenue data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, models, and reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement in revenue management operations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
