We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RTG Crane Operator with 0-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for managing and operating our specialized equipment within our operational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials, ensuring all operations adhere to strict safety protocols and company guidelines. While this is an entry-level position, a strong understanding of operational logistics and a commitment to safety are paramount. Your BCA background will be leveraged for understanding operational data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and stack containers or other materials as per operational requirements.

Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition.

Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, operating procedures, and site-specific rules.

Monitor crane operations and surrounding environment for any potential hazards.

Communicate effectively with ground staff, supervisors, and other team members.

Maintain accurate logs of crane movements, operational hours, and any incidents or issues encountered.

Assist in troubleshooting minor operational issues under supervision.

Utilize basic computer skills to record data and generate simple reports, leveraging your BCA knowledge.
