Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of real estate consulting services to clients in Ahmedabad.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Utilize design thinking principles to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable service plans.

Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement in delivery processes.

Prepare service delivery reports and present them to management.

Assist in onboarding new clients and managing their service journey.
