We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service / Maintenance Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of service and maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our infrastructure assets. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance and service teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials for maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget utilization.
