The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and a B.Com degree, with a passion for optimizing online product presentation and driving sales. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our digital storefront is engaging, user-friendly, and effectively showcases our product catalog to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimize product categorization, navigation, and search functionality to enhance user experience and product discoverability.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote key products, seasonal campaigns, and new arrivals.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional content.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Conduct A/B testing on product pages and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product display, pricing, or availability on the website.
