This role involves facilitating access to sports programs for underprivileged communities and ensuring the social impact of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments within local communities to identify target beneficiaries for sports programs.
Develop and implement social welfare initiatives linked to GoSportz's sports development programs.
Liaise with community leaders, local authorities, and NGOs to build partnerships and support for initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to participants in sports programs, addressing any social or personal challenges they may face.
Monitor and evaluate the social impact of GoSportz's community outreach programs, collecting data and preparing reports.
Organize community events and workshops focused on sports, health, and social well-being.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices in social work.
