We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sports Agent with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to understand and promote sports initiatives within our organization, focusing on employee well-being and corporate sports engagement. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills and interpersonal abilities to manage athlete relationships and develop impactful sports programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification, recruitment, and management of athletes and sports teams representing the company.
Develop and implement strategies for employee sports programs, encouraging participation and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Liaise with sports federations, event organizers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of company-sponsored sports activities.
Manage athlete contracts, endorsements, and related financial aspects.
Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to understand the physiological and performance aspects relevant to athletes.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in sports management and corporate wellness.
Prepare reports and presentations on sports program performance and impact.
