Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with a B.Pharma background and 2-4 years of experience to join our strategic management team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will contribute to the formulation and execution of business strategies, market analysis, and project management within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking of strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic proposals and project updates.
- Monitor industry regulations and policy changes impacting the pharmaceutical landscape.
- Contribute to business development activities and partnership evaluations.
