We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to support our rapidly expanding electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global sourcing, supply chain management, and cost optimization within the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key electronic components and materials, aligning with business objectives and cost targets.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends in the electronics supply chain.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value and mitigate risks.

Manage supplier relationships, performance, and ensure continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Finance) to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to optimize material flow.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
