We are seeking a proactive and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager with 3-5 years of experience, holding an M.Com degree, to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings within the Iron & Steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, consumables, and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, pricing, and potential risks.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and favorable payment terms.

Manage supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
