We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert - IT with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, emerging technologies, and a deep analytical capability, ideally with a background in LLM (Large Language Models) or related fields. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level analysis and insights on complex IT challenges, leveraging your LLM knowledge.
Develop and document technical strategies, roadmaps, and best practices for IT solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IT systems and applications.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IT and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and LLMs.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
