Role Summary:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Subject / Specialization Teacher - Other for our Coimbatore campus. This role is ideal for a recent M.Des graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to our in-house training and development programs within the Engineering & Construction domain. You will be instrumental in shaping the knowledge and skills of our workforce, focusing on design thinking, product development, or related specialized areas relevant to our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on specialized subjects related to design, product innovation, and engineering applications for employees.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to enhance practical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Create instructional materials, presentations, and assessments aligned with L&T's project requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in design and construction to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering a continuous learning environment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within L&T to refine training content and delivery methods.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments.
