The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management. As a Technical Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding technical teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and recommending their adoption where appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
