Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government portals, industry websites, and other sources.

Review tender documents, analyze requirements, and assess the organization's eligibility and capability to bid.

Prepare comprehensive and accurate tender proposals, including technical specifications, financial bids, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., program, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and ensure proposal quality.

Ensure all submissions are made within the stipulated deadlines and adhere to all submission guidelines.

Maintain a repository of all submitted bids, tender documents, and related correspondence.

Follow up on submitted bids and respond to any queries from tender issuing authorities.
