Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (B2B) with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory in Guwahati. This role requires a strong understanding of the power sector and excellent B2B sales acumen, coupled with a B.Pharma degree to leverage understanding of related industries or a strong transferable skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
