We are seeking a motivated TPA Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to kickstart their career in the retail sector. You will be instrumental in managing and processing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the TPA department, handling claims processing and query resolution.
Liaise with insurance providers, hospitals, and other third parties to facilitate claim settlements.
Maintain accurate records of all TPA-related activities and documentation.
Support in policy administration and management, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Respond to employee queries regarding TPA services and benefits.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TPA function.
