Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries, to gather insights into user needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Analyze research data to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that will guide product design and strategy.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate user insights to cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define research objectives and integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and best practices, adapting them to the specific context of the defence and aerospace industry.
