Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Vendor Management Associate to join our team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will support the Vendor Management team in ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships with our various vendors. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new vendors, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and databases.
- Support in tracking vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate regularly with vendors to address queries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Help in coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products from vendors.
- Participate in vendor performance review meetings.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within vendor relationships.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to vendor management.
