Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.

Manage and mentor a team of workshop staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Monitor workshop performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
